The Gathering Storm part 2 was of less interest to me model wise, being an Eldar focused release, when I have no Eldar armies to speak of. Finally getting a special character for the Ad-Mech was awesome and the model is beautiful, if sometimes a bit fragile, especially that servo-skull at the back which I am not expecting to last long). Being a player with Ultramarines, Cult Mechanicus + Skitarii and Tyranids getting the first book and Triumvirate of the Imperium was a no brainer. I don’t know about you but I have been really enjoying the advancing of the plot, new models and general excitement around The Gathering Storm so far.
